1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All content available on the 55qq platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement of these elements — is the exclusive property of 55qq or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any platform content without the prior written consent of 55qq is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

55qq provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55qq disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 55qq does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall 55qq, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the platform, even if 55qq has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 55qq's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
